Welcome to the law of Elveron. When signing up you agree to follow
the law of Elveron as well as the Elveron.com Terms of Service (TOS).
Breaking the law might lead to deletion if an administrator finds the kingdom that broke the
rules guilty.
(1) You are only allowed to have one account. The account is personal. Having multiple
accounts or sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.
(2) Your account is personal. You are not allowed to share it with other persons. You
are not allowed to give it away to other persons under no circumstances. This includes
"babysitting". Failing to meet these criterias is ground for deletion.
(3) Alliances are not welcome in Legends of Elveron. Your realm is your team and the kingdoms you should co-operate with. Being a part of an alliance or co-operating with kingdoms outside your realm will lead to the deletion of your account.
(4) Non Aggression Pacts known as NAPs are not allowed between realms. If two realms are
found out to have a NAP with each other the monarch will be deleted and other kingdoms
might be suspended in the napped realms.
(5) Out of realm information sharing is not allowed. Sharing targets, such as potential kingdoms to hit or kingdoms that are beneficial to steal from, sharing which kingdoms that have high offense, kingdoms that have their troops out, are the most serious forms of sharing information if it is done with players outside your own realm. If target sharing is detected, the guilty accounts will be suspended or deleted depending on the seriousness of the crime.
(6) Kingdom and Realm names containing foul language or in any other way
inappropriate content is not allowed, this includes names of sexual nature.
Similar names meant to confuse or mislead other players are not allowed.
(7) Automated processes are strictly forbidden. Using automated processes or scripts
will lead to deletion. Using scripts will probably only result in that the administration
of Legends of Elveron will have to take actions against the use of scripts, and that will
only complicate stuff for ordinary users.
(8) Legends of Elveron is intended for persons of all ages. Foul language is not accepted. Using
foul language might lead to deletion of your kingdom. All posts must obey Swedish
law since the server is hosted in Sweden, which means that stuff like nazi propaganda,
race-mongering and hate speeches are illegal.
(9) Uploading of copyrighted banners that you don't have copyright on is illegal. However
the Legends of Elveron administration cannot know which banners the uploader have the rights
to so if you are the copyright holder to a banner that resides on this server please
message the Legends of Elveron administration for removal. Do that by mail.
(10) Exploitation of bugs or loopholes is not allowed. Bugs and loopholes must be reported
on the bugs board immediately when found out. If a serious bug is found please report
it to the administration of Legends in a private message to 'zip' on the main boards.
Please only post bugs or things that might be bugs in the bugs forum. Creating
new threads only for spamming purposes might lead to deletion of accounts.
(11) Knowing someone that violates these rules and then abstaining from
report this using the in-game report cheater functionality found when clicking on
a kingdom name on the realm page might lead to deletion or suspension depending
on the seriousness of the crime.
(12) Recreating and deleting accounts multiple times for the purpose of ending
up in your friends realm also known as "realm-hopping" is not allowed. Logs are kept
and realm-hoppers will be deleted a few days into the round.
(13) Spamming of any kind is not welcome in Legends of Elveron and will get you either suspended
or deleted depending on the seriousness of the crime.
(14) The Legends of Elveron administration reserves the right, at its sole discretion,
to immediately, without notice, suspend, terminate or delete any account for any
violation of these rules or any other reason the Legends of Elveron administration deems necessary.
Anything is missing? Please let me know and I'll add it.
If you play together family members or other persons at the same school
or company (even if you are in the same realm) please make sure not to attack the
same targets and not to help each other out with ops. Those things will look like
you have multiple accounts and you will risk deletion if you interact with any
of these accounts.
